The purpose of the BCom (International Accounting) is to develop students’ intellectual and practical skills to enable the identifying, analyzing, interpretation, assessing, evaluating, application, and solving of problems, which would be expected of an entry-level accountant in international practice. Furthermore, the program provides students with a comprehensive and fundamental knowledge base of the underlying core international principles of accounting, governance, risk management, and control, auditing, financial management as well as management accounting.

Our MSc Accounting and Finance will help you apply a strategic focus to problem solving and decision-making. Throughout the course, you’ll be encouraged to think creatively, supported by the inclusion of contemporary debate around trends in accounting and finance that permeates your course modules. If you’re a part-qualified accountant with existing qualifications from the ACCA, CIMA, or ICAEW, this course is available with up to six possible module exemptions, giving you a fast-track route to a Master of Science qualification.

The CIPFA Certificate in IPSAS (Cert IPSAS) provides trainees with a foundation knowledge of some of the published standards, and important related documents.

Our MSc Accounting and Finance (Top-Up) degree is a swift master's course designed for fully qualified CCAB accountants to advance their professional and academic achievements. Qualified accountants from ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivalent bodies receive six module exemptions (120 credits) from our standard MSc course. Consequently, you only need to complete the final Financial Management Project module (60 credits) to earn a full MSc.
