Introduction
The Master aims to prepare and update the main control, analysis and management figures existing in the AFC (Administration, Finance and Control) area of ordinary companies, newcos and tech companies, thanks to the application focuses, tools and tools transferred topics that recall the main 4.0 enabling technologies of function and sector.
The path in fact allows the participant to train the strategic approach and the vision of economic, financial and asset planning and control.
Internship
The Career Department of w.academy is responsible for creating coherence between the training programs and the real needs of the world of work.
w.academy based on the results achieved and monitored during the classroom activity, offers the participant the opportunity to be included in a training internship through the following steps

Individual interviews
Interviews aimed at identifying and enhancing the participant's profile.
Identification
The most suitable company will be identified based on the profile and training path undertaken.
Orientation and coaching
You will be supported and oriented by the tutor for the selection interview.
Structuring
Creation of the individual internship training project.
Activation
Activation of the training internship, including insurance coverage.
Monitoring
During the course, there will be constant control on the quality of the internship
At the end, w.academy issues the Certification of the skills acquired by the participant through the curricular internship.

Objectives
The financial department in a corporate is more and more strategic and essential to top management and governance. It is mandatory to have an expert who has a global vision and interdisciplinary skills, is able to face the new economic-financial context, finding short-term solutions and strategies for reconstruction and relaunch. It is important to define the growing path of the company and its financial area; to optimize the financing choices, to manage operations of alternative and extraordinary finance.
The aim of the Executive Master in Finance and Control and Financial Technologies 4.0 is to develop new skills, training managers, consultants, and businessmen, to hold important positions in business management, in the financial and banking environment, in consultancy companies, law offices, and insurances. We believe the aim must be pursued through a detailed study of the following subjects: financial accounting and planning, auditing and corporate governance, credit and risk management, company evaluation systems and compliance management.
