Introduction
Program Objective
The Bachelor program develops the tools and skills that students will need to manage the increasing challenges of the business world and, in particular, the areas of general management. Upon completion of this program, students have the foundation and skills to develop a successful career upon entering the workforce.
Program Description
The Bachelor programs lay the foundations of general knowledge in language, mathematics, and social sciences to widen and increase appreciation of issues that affect student’s life and that may impact future career paths or development. Additionally, the program prepares students to analyze and develop an understanding of the many factors that affect a business situation and provides the tools to propose solutions to problems and opportunities. The program develops skills in the areas of accounting, finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and economics among others while developing communication skills and operating within a legal and ethical framework. Bachelor of Human Resources Management program places special emphasis on the human resources management function as well as general knowledge of operations management, psychology, and labor law among others. All Bachelor programs require 120 credit hours for graduation. Students are expected to enroll in 12 to 15 credit hours per semester which would allow completion of all requirements in about 3 calendar years if enrolled continuously. The cost of tuition for the programs is $9,600.
