Introduction

Our Online MSc in Leadership and Human Resource Management is designed to allow you to prepare, or progress, your career in management or business-related HR management. Our practically focused modules will provide you with a depth of knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management while also maintaining a strong focus on your employability, and ensuring you develop the key transferable skills that are desired by many employers.

This course is accredited by both The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and The Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This means that upon completing your degree you will have the opportunity to apply for a CIPD certification and a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Course Requirements

  • 2:2 or above from a UK bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualifications
  • International students additionally require an English language level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above with a minimum of 5.5 in each component.

This course is available Full-Time (1 year) and Part-Time (2 years). For Full-Time study mode, students will complete 60 credits each semester, and for Part-Time 30 credits each semester.
