Introduction
The Master of Public Policy (MPP) program is designed for individuals who are passionate about addressing complex societal challenges and shaping public policy at local, national, and global levels. Our program offers a comprehensive and specialized curriculum that prepares graduates to excel as policy analysts, government officials, nonprofit leaders, and advocates for social change.
Through a blend of coursework, research, and practical experiences, students in our program gain the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to analyze public policy issues, develop evidence-based solutions, and advocate for policy change. They engage with theories of public policy, explore quantitative and qualitative research methods, and learn how to effectively communicate and implement policy recommendations.
The Master of Public Policy curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including policy analysis and evaluation, economics of public policy, political theory and governance, ethics and public service, and policy implementation and advocacy. Students also have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as environmental policy, healthcare policy, social welfare policy, or international development, depending on their interests and career goals.
Throughout the program, students have opportunities to apply their learning in real-world settings through internships, consulting projects, or policy research initiatives with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, or research institutes. They work closely with experienced policy professionals and faculty mentors to develop their analytical skills, build professional networks, and make meaningful contributions to the public policy process.
Upon completion of the program, graduates are prepared to become effective leaders and change agents in the field of public policy. They may pursue careers in government agencies, nonprofit organizations, consulting firms, think tanks, or advocacy groups. Whether they aspire to work on local, national, or international issues, our graduates are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and passion to make a positive impact on society. Join us and embark on a transformative journey toward becoming a master of public policy.
