Program Outcome
- Acquire the knowledge and understanding necessary to become familiar with the most consistent theories and methodologies at the various levels of digital communication and marketing: intrapersonal, interpersonal, group, organizational, political and cultural.
- Plan and develop, step by step, an investigation on digital topics, mastering the techniques for writing expository, interpretive, demonstrative and executive reports.
- Know the various variables and environments of the digital environment, as a preliminary step to diagnose its problems and create and implement solutions.
- Organize the arguments on which to support the diagnoses achieved, individually or in groups, through analysis and interpretation, and transmit or adapt them to diverse audiences.
- Use new information and communication technologies (ICTs) in professional work, in the dissemination of plans and programs, and in the results achieved.
- Know and use statistical methods to interpret digital phenomena, with special attention to indicators, because these facilitate credibility more.

- Evaluate and manage human, material, informational and temporal resources, to develop an advanced study on a specific aspect of the digital environment.
- Manage and use leadership and motivation behaviors in conflict situations.
- Know and ethically commit to the values, principles and rights that society recognizes in the development of the digital marketing profession.
- Develop creativity to adapt the knowledge acquired to the definition of new problems and the analysis of their effects at the different levels of digital marketing and in the various textures of the environments.
