Introduction

Our Project Management Professional Certificate is a Microdegree program designed to teach you the fundamentals of project management.
***Students can prepare all the documents for the exam registration. All students must take Practice PMP exams. Students will be able to sit for the PMI Certification Exam.
Program Outcome

Graduate Certificate students complete the four main concentration courses of the UBIS MBA program. Only 4 courses total that can be completed in as short as 4 months or as long as 2 years.

MGT 609 Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management
Credits: 3 US / 6 ECTS
A study of Project Management initiatives and their life cycle: resources, cost, time, and risks; work and product breakdown structures; tendering and contracting processes; and planning, building, and leading the team and execution. This course will help students to learn how to manage projects in a manner that allows them to maintain control over the process and the outcome in an onsite or remote setting. Students encounter various challenges and problems through this course. Learning to find solutions to their own project management difficulties is a part of the value-added training of this course.
MGT 642 Business Sustainability, Ethics, and Social Responsibility
Credits: 3 US / 6 ECTS
This course examines the role of business in a social system including interrelationships with government, the community, employees, and other major public. A major focus is the social responsibility of business towards society and the environment. Considerations are given to such areas as international business, business ethics, pollution, and the impact of governmental regulations. Students will learn with real cases that show current ethical dilemmas, provide a basis for evaluating business ethics while encouraging stronger values in future business leaders. Also, this course reviews the decision-making process of business leaders today to illustrate why good leaders often make questionable decisions.
