Introduction
This is a law conversion course aimed at graduates which also incorporates preparation for the SQE1 assessment. The conversion component of the course is divided into nine modules, the foundational modules of English Law (no longer including EU Law as a standalone subject). It will also incorporate the Law of Organisations and a 'Skills and Behaviours' module. The SQE1 component incorporates the professional practice modules necessary to complete the syllabus for FLK1 & 2 (Functioning Legal Knowledge) on the SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examination).
Course Requirements
- 2:2 or above from an undergraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Overseas graduates, in addition to the above, we also require an English language qualification at a level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above, with a minimum of 6.0 in each component.
