Why study at Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences
Program delivery
Our Impact MBA program offers two study options to suit your academic background and career aspirations.
- The 90 ECTS track can be completed in 18 months.
This option requires a minimum of 180 ECTS from a Bachelor's Degree and is compatible with our Early-Bird tuition reduction and various scholarship opportunities. (see here)
- The accelerated 60 ECTS track can be completed in one year.
This option requires a minimum of 210 ECTS from previous education, such as a longer Bachelor's Degree or a Master's. This option is not compatible with Early-Bird tuition reduction or scholarships.
While both pathways cover the core content, the 90 ECTS track offers 3 elective modules during Calibration Phase, whereas the 60 ECTS track has only one elective module.

The Orientation Phase: You’ll start your journey by mastering the program's six competency areas. Your personal mission statement will lay the groundwork for your desired specialization, competency development, and mindset cultivation.
The Calibration Phase: This stage deepens your expertise in your chosen specialization area, giving you the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge while developing an action-oriented skillset.
The Elevation Phase: The Elevation Phase focuses on finding solutions for Sustainable Development Goals. These grand challenges are designed and delivered together with our industry partners.
The Activation Phase:The Activation Phase is where your innovative ideas will come to life. You will work towards your own project's goals, with the support from your peers, our industry experts, and your mentors. It's the culmination of your transformative journey.
