Introduction

By APEL via distance learning

The innovation management program explores the planning and process behind coming up with ideas, turning them into action plans, and developing them for business until they are enacted. It deals with what is required to "develop new ideas and transform companies," which basically means elements like creativity, development, prioritization, and implementation and how to implement them, for example by launching new products or introducing new internal procedures. Innovation management allows the organization to respond to external or internal opportunities, using creativity to introduce new ideas, procedures, or products.

This program uses the A.P.E.L. (Accreditation Prior Experiential Learning) system. It is addressed to 30 years old Managers, Entrepreneurs, Professionals having at least 5 years of industry experience. A Master's degree or equivalent is required to access the program. The entire course is carried out in Distance Learning.
