Program Outcome

Objective 1: Digital Communication
Understand the new paradigm of digital communication to improve its effectiveness throughout the different campaigns, by delving into the different elements that make it up and the existing tools.
Objective 2: Ecommerce Management
Learn about the phases that make up the eCommerce management process, as well as the techniques used in each of these, to optimally manage this type of business, from user acquisition to after-sales service.
Objective 3: Social Media
Identify the main elements that make up the social media environment in order to adapt it to the development of the digital strategy, and learn to design a Social Media plan, determining the necessary resources (human, technical and economic) in an effective and efficient manner.
Objective 4: Technology
Identify the different changes that have occurred in the technological environment with an impact on digital marketing and eCommerce in order to implement them and readjust the communication strategy in any company.
