Introduction
Online Marketing Degree
Students interested in careers in marketing or marketing management will find the online marketing degree will provide them with the foundation for success. McKendree's online marketing program is focused on customer satisfaction. This online degree program places emphasis on written and oral communication as well as critical thinking skills that accommodate the schedule of busy adults.
Why an Online Marketing Degree?
The American Marketing Association defines marketing as "the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion, and distribution of goods, services, and ideas to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational objectives." The McKendree University online marketing program is based on a customer satisfaction model known as the marketing concept that is consistent with this definition.
Flexible Course Format
Online classes are delivered using the course management system BlackBoard. All classes for the online BBA are offered over an eight week period. Many online students choose to take two courses during each eight-week session.

Program Requirements
McKendree University requires a minimum of 120 credit hours for online degree completion. 40 hours must be at the 300 or 400 level and a minimum of 30 hours with McKendree. Students must fulfill the general education requirements.
