Introduction
In the Bachelor's degree program Business Administration Online, you will acquire profound knowledge in various disciplines of business administration such as accounting & controlling, operations management, marketing, human resources management or international management. You will acquire the expertise to analyze and understand current issues companies are confronted with, and develop skills that will enable you to deal with complexity in the business environment.
Based on the blended learning concept, this Business Administration Online program combines online courses, and assignments with free time allocation and face-to-face courses at MCI. Thus, the program offers you both the flexibility of a distance-learning program and the support network of a classroom-based program. You can read more about the time model here.
You are also given the choice of language and specialization: Betriebswirtschaft (Business Administration) Online is offered in German, while Business Administration Online is held in English. In both study programs, you can choose between the main foci "Digital Workplace Learning" and "Innovation & Entrepreneurship".
No matter whether you choose to study Business Administration Online immediately after receiving your university entrance qualification or as your continuing education path - Business Administration Online is the right place for you if you are looking for a flexible future-oriented business administration program, which you can complete within three years while working.

The application-oriented program is available in both German and English. In the beginning, students are taught the core concepts of business administration. They, thus, acquire current and management-oriented concepts and methods before learning how to apply them in an entrepreneurial context in the following semesters. Complementary online classes provide students with key competencies in the fields of (digital) communication, self-management, and teamwork. In addition to the practical teaching of business administration, a special focus is placed on academic research and writing. Students are encouraged to gain and apply practical experience in the context of their studies and promote their careers with their newly acquired knowledge.

With only two MCI WEBINARS per week and six to eight on-campus days in Innsbruck per semester, we give you the temporal and local flexibility to work full-time while studying Business Administration Online.
- MCI WEBINARS: 2 MCI WEBINARS per week in the evening
- On-campus sessions: 3 blocks à 2 days of on-campus sessions in Innsbruck per semester (usually Friday & Saturday)
- Flexible time: Flexible self-study during the week and practical application of the obtained knowledge
The MCI Business Administration Online program offers in-depth training in business administration based on blended learning.
