Since its establishment, the International Partnership of Education Research and Communication, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has partnered with schools around the world to develop educationally sound and beneficial programs and partnerships that increase international student enrollment and promote cross-cultural communication through education. By providing unique opportunities that prepare students for global citizenship, we strive for the advancement of educational quality and mutual cooperation among the world's nations and people.

Global Higher Education

IPERC's expansive network of prestigious higher education institutions includes partner universities located in the U.S.A., the U.K., and Canada. Through IPERC's services, our partners are able to recruit academically gifted international students from diverse backgrounds, including students from China, India, Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Nigeria, and many other countries. In addition to direct recruitment, IPERC also operates special programs in support of university recruitment, including a dual enrollment pathway program (ACCP), a college credit research program (iStar Class), joint-university partnerships (2+2s, 3+1s), and pre-master's programs.
