Introduction
The modern course provides a well-founded scientific basic education in the basics of economics with an economic orientation as well as their disciplines and applications. The students acquire the theoretical basics and specialist knowledge, recognize the global economic context and learn to solve problems independently by choosing a suitable scientific method and applying it appropriately. The conclusion is a scientific bachelor thesis.
The course is based on current research findings and modern learning methods. Accompanying the self-study, face-to-face events take place every three weeks on a Saturday.

admission requirements
Anyone who does not have proof of a high school diploma in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letters a and b of the Admission Regulations is only admitted if the proof of education obtained is considered equivalent to a high school diploma. The management decides on the equivalence of educational certificates.
linguistic proficiency
The course is only conducted in German. Very good knowledge of this language is therefore essential. Some modules also require basic knowledge of English, Italian and French.
module credits
Equivalent academic achievements that have been completed at universities can be credited if they were achieved no more than five years ago and were completed with a sufficient grade. At least 120 of the 180 ECTS points required for the bachelor's degree must be obtained at FernUni Schweiz .
