Introduction
The Master Custom Class Mentoring course is a distance learning course that makes it possible to assemble the curricular matrix with disciplines aligned with your learning objectives among the options in ESPM's portfolio.
ESPM understands that the use of technologies combined with diverse teaching and learning methodologies make it possible to customize teaching in order to optimize learning or quickly address specific learning needs. In a more flexible and customizable teaching model, students and Mentoring Teachers develop an individualized learning agenda and select options that meet their needs.
Curriculum
The Master Custom Class Mentoring is a lato sensu postgraduate course that will last 480 hours, with an estimated completion time of 20 months, which may vary according to the matrix of disciplines and student achievement.
If the student wishes to include courses that add hours to the initially planned workload, these will be treated as optional courses.

Behavior, Communication and Consumption
This Area of Concentration deals with understanding consumer behavior and consumption and the process of communicating with them. Examples of topics: customer journey, buyer persona, learning process, satisfaction and loyalty, media
Digital marketing
This Area of Concentration works on marketing applied to the digital age and the process of planning and managing digital marketing. Examples of topics: social media, SEO, inbound marketing, conversion marketing, digital analytics.
Business & Management
This Area of Concentration is dedicated to a broad view of organizations, their processes and their strategies. Examples of topics: business environment, business strategy, people management, managerial skills, scenario analysis, risk management.
Commercial, Retail and Omnichannel Development
This Area of Concentration focuses on the business processes of the companies and the shopper. Examples of topics: shopper marketing, pricing, trade marketing, channel management, omnichannel, CRM.
Marketing Strategy Management
This Area of Concentration is for professionals with a focus on process and marketing strategy. Examples of topics: marketing strategy, marketing analytics, DNVBs, marketing trends, innovation, neuroscience.
Reputation and socio-environmental responsibility
This Area of Concentration addresses brand reputation and socio-environmental responsibility processes. Examples of topics: purpose, reputation management, crisis management, CSR.
