Introduction
Obtain the RNCP title "Human Resources Director"
The European Master in Human Resources Management allows you to obtain the RNCP title of “Human Resources Director” issued by the CDE FEDE France. This RNCP level 7 title (equivalent to Bac +5) is recognized by the State and companies. It can be supported by continuing vocational training systems such as the AIF or the CPF. In addition to your RNCP title, you will also receive the diploma of the European Master in HR Management. This Bac +5 level diploma awards 120 ECTS credits.
The objectives of the training
The aim of the European Masters in Human Resources Management is to prepare you for a position of Director of Human Resources. The HRD of a company must ensure that the needs of the company and the expectations of the employees coincide perfectly. For this, the HRD must recruit the right profiles and then organize his integration and internal training.
The European Master in Human Resources Management covers a wide range of skills that you will master at the end of your training. In particular, you will be trained in:
- Know the European and international sources of labor law
- Set up an HR management strategy and HR projects
- Develop the company's training plan
- Recruit according to business needs
- Manage the integration of new employees
- Adapt the employee compensation policy and manage payroll
- Manage social relations and organize social dialogue

During your second year of the Master in Management and Human Resources, you will be able to choose one of the following two specializations: training specialty or recruitment specialty.
An internship period is included in your distance learning European Master in HR Management. Lasting 12 weeks in the first year and a minimum of 12 weeks in the second year, this internship will allow you to put into practice the skills and knowledge you will have acquired throughout your studies. The distance learning European Masters Degree can also be supported by Continuing Vocational Training systems.
Prerequisites & conditions for obtaining
The European Masters in Human Resources Management at a distance is accessible to people who have completed a Bac +3 or equivalent diploma. It confers 120 ECTS credits.
To obtain the RNCP title of "Director of Human Resources", students must:
- Respect the access conditions / prerequisites
- Carry out all of the training duties
- Carry out the professional mission provided for by the standard
- Take and pass the European Masters 2 MRH exams
Exam Information
The exams take place in January, June and October, either globally or gradually, in one of the FEDE examination centers. The location will be communicated to you by the educational service. Exam fees, set by the FEDE, are included in the amount of the training.

Thanks to its recognition and its strong innovation policy, ENACO has joined forces with the FEDE to set up a 100% remote examination system. You take the exams entirely online , in January, June and October, either globally or progressively. The oral examinations take place in particular by videoconference (subject to modifications to the examination methods).
You therefore no longer need to travel for the tests and can perform them according to your availability, within the deadlines set by the FEDE. Exam fees, set by the FEDE, are included in the amount of the training.

Professional thesis
Information about internships
The European Master in Human Resources Management includes an internship period in the first year of 12 weeks and a minimum of 12 weeks in the second year. These internship periods will allow you, in particular, to write your professional thesis in the second year.
Students who do not have the opportunity to complete an internship can base their thesis on theoretical work. In this case, the thesis project will be determined in consultation with our teaching team and the tutor teacher whose role will be to support you on the project.
