• Recognize all the management areas and processes related to projects in an organization and understand their function and the value they provide from a global and strategic vision, differentiating between the management of the project portfolio, programs and the projects themselves.
• Identify the key elements to define the general framework of a potential project, develop a complete project plan and apply the necessary processes and techniques to carry out its monitoring, control and closure, according to the PMBOK or Scrum framework of reference, according to the its life cycle.
• Analyze the impact and change that the project will entail in the recipient organization, applying leadership and change management methodologies associated with it.
• Identify the key relationship between projects and aspects related to innovation and sustainability of organizations
• Develop the key skills to successfully assume the leadership of the project team and dialogue with all those involved in it, whether external or internal to the organization.
• Coordinate work teams to achieve the objectives pursued by the project, meeting the needs of the different parties involved, and applying the appropriate negotiation techniques to manage their expectations.

PMP and PMI-ACP Certifications
