Introduction
This 8-week course will explore the fascinating and evolving field of Neuroleadership and its profound impact on business performance. Students will gain insights into the neurological and psychological underpinnings of leadership, the development of Neuroleadership skills, and the practical application of these concepts in real-world business scenarios. The course will cover topics such as leadership vs. management, effective brain-based communication, ethics in leadership, leadership styles, competencies, cultural and gender differences, evidence-based theories, and the significance of emotional intelligence in Neuroleadership.
Assessment
- Weekly quizzes to assess understanding of course materials.
- Group discussions and presentations on case studies.
- Midterm research paper on a chosen Neuroleadership topic
- Final project: Development of a Neuroleadership strategy for a real or hypothetical business scenario

Admissions
Scholarships and Funding
The ALSS offers a limited number of scholarships. The scholarship is granted based on academic excellence civic responsibility and engagement.
The ALSS scholarship is available for all students who are registered in one of our graduate master's programs.
You apply for an ALSS scholarship after you have applied for one of the master's programs. This scholarship covers tuition fees in part. The available level of tuition fee reduction is between 10% and 30% depending on the candidate’s academic excellence and civic responsibility and engagement.
Note:
- The scholarship application will be considered only if the application/registration fee of SFR 300 has been paid.
- The first 15 registered students per master's program that apply for a scholarship and prove their academic excellence civic responsibility and engagement will receive it.
Application Procedure For Scholarship
- You apply for registration in one of our programs, by sending us all the documents required.
- The ALSS will inform you via e-mail if you fulfil the requirements to be accepted into the master's program.
- If the ALSS confirms that you fulfil the requirements to be accepted, this confirmation is valid for 20 days, within this period you have to pay the registration fee of SFR 300.
- After receiving the registration payment, ALSS will send you an official letter of acceptance.
- After receiving the letter of acceptance from us you can apply for our scholarship, by sending us the scholarship application letter.
- The ALSS will inform you within 10 days if you are eligible for our scholarship or not.
The Scholarship Application Letter Should Include:
- Individual determination to succeed.
- Future goals and plans to achieve them.
- Self-motivation in completing challenging coursework.
- Volunteerism, service learning, fieldwork or internships that show civic responsibility and engagement.
