This programme is a brilliant opportunity for participants to develop their experience of the subject, to go beyond what is studied at school and test out life at business school. In addition to introducing key management theories, the programme is interactive and example-led, exploring fascinating real-life case studies.
By utilising a variety of different resources such as business articles, lectures and talks, participants will develop their knowledge of the study of management and discuss together the insights gained. Case Studies
Vickrutha Ramesh, Australia
2017 Management Alumna
Vickrutha participated in our Management programme in 2017. Here's what she has to say about her time with Immerse Education:
I'm about to start my Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University Of Melbourne, where I will be majoring in Economics. Immerse introduced me to so many different concepts during the programme such as the benefits and drawbacks of various management techniques used by well-renowned companies like Google and Starbucks. My group mentor Rosie and my subject mentor Dylan Amin were just brilliant. I wrote my entire personal statement with my mentor and I was selected for the Cambridge interview. I also got offers from UCL and Lancaster but decided to do my Undergraduate's at the University of Melbourne. Attending lectures at Immerse also made me confident as a person, as my lecturers helped me identify the skills I have within me, to a certain extent, within two weeks. I got all this while discovering the talents of individuals from all around the world.
Graduation & Participant Assessment
The final evening of the programme celebrates the achievements of each participant in a graduation ceremony that's followed by a Gala Dinner.
Throughout the Cambridge summer programme, our Immerse tutors will monitor student engagement with the topics that they have been taught. Once the programme has finished, the tutor will write a Participant Assessment that will evaluate how the participant responded to the materials they were introduced to, what progress they made during the sessions, and offer recommendations on how to most effectively advance participant's understanding and interest in the topics that have been explored.
We strongly believe that our Participant Assessments are a crucial element of the learning process and reflective of our commitment to the highest standards of education.
