How to register
There are no registration fees or formal academic prerequisites for this online course. It is available to working professionals, regardless of location. In order to complete a course, you’ll need a current email account and access to a computer and the internet, as well as a PDF Reader. You may need to view Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and read and create documents in Microsoft Word or Excel. No prior knowledge of real estate is essential. However, good numeracy skills will be required, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A financial calculator is not needed.
