Grenada has a regulating authority called university grants commission of Grenade. This commission supervises 34 public universities and 60 private universities to ensure education institutions provide quality of education. They also ensure that both domestic and international students get research oriented quality education.

A PhD in Law program will allow students to develop a wide range of skills with coursework in areas such as teaching law, researching different aspects of the legal system, and writing scholarly articles on the subject of law.
