Public management is an area of business operations that combines general market management, public policy, philanthropy, negotiation and economics, among related areas. Public managers typically hold academic degrees and work in either nonprofit or governmental organizations.

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, commonly known as the United Kingdom and Britain, is a sovereign state located off the northwestern coast of continental Europe. The two most famous (and oldest) universities are Oxford and Cambridge (often referred to as Oxbridge by many Britons). A pathway program is a one-year introduction to a full degree curriculum and prepares international students for their entry into university. These programs train students in a wide variety of subjects such as Arts, Humanities, Business, Biological and Life Sciences, Engineering, Technology, or Natural Sciences.

Part time learning allows one to obtain part-time degrees even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at his or own pace, gradually accumulating credits which count towards final qualification.
