Course Requirements
Students are required to possess an undergraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent. Students should possess a minimum of 6 months of professional experience in developing other people evidenced through teaching/curriculum delivery, training and development or coaching.
International: An English Language level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in each component.

Assessment
Both taught modules are assessed through two-part assessments:
Module 1 - 3,000 word written submission (60% weighting) and an oral presentation of 2,000 words (40% weighting).
Module 2 - 3,000 word written submission (60% weighting) and a poster presentation of 2,000 words (40% weighting).
Micro-credentials modules are assessed through the following:
Module 1, 2 and 3 - 1,000 word written submission (60% weighting) and a 15-minute oral presentation of 650 words (40% weighting).
Module 4, 5 and 6 - 1,000 word written submission (60% weighting) and a poster presentation of 650 words (40% weighting).

The course consists of two 30 credit modules running sequentially across one academic year.
Micro-credential route:
You can select sessions from a roll-on roll-off programme where repeated debates, recordings and asynchronous activities occur with 10 credit micro-credentials.
