The online version of the nationally ranked Master of Public Administration (MPA) program from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Government—the largest university-based government training, advisory, and research organization in the United States—prepares students to begin or advance their careers as public service leaders in a variety of settings, including state, local, and federal governments and nonprofit organizations.

The program is also designed to meet the needs of busy working professionals. With live, online classes, a variety of, of course, times (including evening options), and coursework that can be accessed from anywhere, students have the flexibility to continue their education while honoring their existing professional and personal commitments. GRE waivers may be awarded to those with an advanced degree, such as a Juris Doctor.
