The M.A. in International Management program is carried out on LCC’s campus (one session held on Taylor's campus) with students expected to come from the region of Eastern Europe, North America, and beyond.
The program aims to introduce students to various areas of business. Similar to other American M.B.A. programs, this program has been developed so that people with all educational backgrounds, not only those with business interests, can increase their skill in business and management.

Each of the institutions collaborating in this program is accredited in their respective Higher Education jurisdictions through the relevant Quality Assurance agencies: LCC International University with SKVC, Lithuania, and Taylor with the Higher Learning Commission, US. Both are affiliated with the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU). Since Lithuania is a member of the EU, the M.A. in International Management diploma has EU-wide recognition.
Why Graduate Studies?
The M.A. in International Management program is based on the curriculum approach for M.B.A. programs, but with the added academic rigor of research that an M.A. program provides. The learning outcomes are designed to introduce students to various areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and operations management.
Graduate Business programs of this nature originated in the USA, emerging from the late 19th century as the country industrialized and companies sought out scientific approaches to management. Today we see that broad-based Business degrees attract people from a wide range of academic disciplines and career paths. Earning a graduate degree from a well-respected program can make a difference in one’s career. A quality Masters level education can prepare a person for promotions and advancements, provide more career flexibility, and prepare him/her to be an effective leader in a variety of settings.
