Scientific Poster Presentations

How can you attract the audience's attention to your research with your poster? This course focuses on how to give a scientific poster presentation. We will look at the design of an effective poster, the language to use and how to address your audience. You will receive feedback on your poster and your pitch from both your peers and your teacher.

Work on your own scientific poster presentation
The aim of this course is to help you feel more confident when giving a scientific poster presentation, and to do so more successfully. You want your audience to stop, read the poster and listen to what you have to say. For this to happen, you need to ensure that your poster stands out from the rest. During this online course, you will be able to work on your own poster at a time that suits you, using the new skills you are learning.
