The main objective of the Master is to train professionals in communication skills and techniques capable of creating, designing and implementing communication strategies for gastronomic projects, as well as transmitting values and culture in culinary companies: from restaurants to promotional cultural centers.
The master's degree is developed with an international strategic vision as well as an extensive training in a specific and at the same time multi-purpose direction that attends to the current tendencies linked to gastronomy.
