The Master in Human Resources and Knowledge Management brings together the fundamental concepts involved in the management and direction of the people in the XXI century, as part of an integrated management of the organization and the different processes and tools that can be useful for efficiently conduct them.

By articulating pedagogical discussion of theoretical and practical cases, within a space of interaction promoted by the teachers and the use of a Virtual Campus, a person who completes the Master in Human Resources and Knowledge Management will be qualified to:

Objective:

  • To train professionals who possess strategic thinking and executive human resources and knowledge management in the context of integrated and systemic organization, in support of new information technologies and communication.

Specific objectives:

  • Knowing and mastering the best techniques in this area of ​​management to enhance management capacity and decision making.
  • Know and use modern technology in knowledge management, based on the use of new technologies in information processing in the corporate setting.
  • Provide capacity building and management skills, as well as the methodology to apply in the management of people in the organization.
  • Develop the functions and procedures for planning, organization, execution and control of human resources in the company.
  • Develop the strategic bases in line with the objectives of the company to plan and anticipate future movements in the field of human resources.
  • Identify and analyze the activities and responsibilities of the Director of Human Resources in each of its areas of competence, and propose tools to accomplish each stage of the process of human resource management covering each of the areas of knowledge.
  • Understanding and managing the processes of creation, generation, development and dissemination of individual and collective knowledge in terms of collaborative and cooperative work to facilitate and enhance the emergence of viable, sustainable concrete and real world problems, and whose achievement is manifest in human resource management.
