To qualify for the online Master of Business Law, you must have:
- a Bachelor honours degree (or higher award) with a specialisation in legal studies or a related field; or
- a Bachelor honours degree (or higher award) in any field, plus two (2) years of related work experience; or
- a Bachelor degree in any field, plus five (5) years of related work experience; or
- Demonstrated relevant prior learning and/or relevant industry experience deemed equivalent to the above.
- In all cases, you must be proficient in English.
If you are a qualified lawyer, you could also be eligible for the Master of Laws (Business Law) degree.
Advanced standing may be available to those who have the relevant prior education and significant work experience. Should you qualify for advanced standing, you could reduce the length and cost of your Masters in business law, and move towards the career you want even sooner.
