Introduction
The Master in Strategic Management specialized in Marketing integrates the fundamental concepts linked to the Marketing thinking, action and management system in the 21st century, within the framework of a Strategic Direction with an integrative approach in business and public, lucrative and non-profit organizations , and of the different processes, techniques and tools that can be useful for their effective driving.
The Master in Strategic Management specialized in Marketing, through this training program, achieves the pedagogical articulation of theoretical foundations and practical cases within the application space of a Marketing management.
Upon completion of the Master's program in Strategic Management specialized in Marketing, the student will be trained to:
- Apply integrated thinking, action and marketing management in the organization based on methodology, skills and management skills.
- Plan, organize, execute and control the functions and procedures, both at the level of strategic and operational marketing.
- Plan, anticipate and respond to future movements in the field of Marketing by developing strategic bases in line with the objectives of the company.
- Know and master the most appropriate techniques in this area of Management to enhance management capacity and decision making.
