Program Description

The Master in Quality and Innovation Management aims to develop competencies and skills, as well as technical knowledge on the foundations, application and management of quality and innovation that allows professionals to manage the continuous improvement of the organization for quality assurance. , excellence and innovation through technical criteria of implantation, audit and relationship with other organizations as an essential element of the organizational prospective.

The object of study of the program focuses on developing professional skills and abilities to solve problems of quality management, excellence, modernization and organizational innovation through the application of management information management processes, innovation and excellence, management of innovation, integrated management systems, auditing and control of organizational management and scientific research methodology to incorporate criteria of quality, excellence, innovation and responsibility as the main component of organizational prospective. The professional will be trained as a consultant, evaluator and auditor of quality and innovation and will obtain the skills to guide your organization on this journey for all types of organizations at all maturity levels.

  • Develop the foundations of leadership from the perspective of Quality, Excellence and Innovation Systems, learning the keys and fundamental aspects that must guide the leader's relationship with clients and members of the organization.
  • Provide the necessary knowledge to master the main functions of the support departments in the organization, as well as the legal framework in which they must be developed.
  • Provide knowledge, capacities and abilities to measure and evaluate the performance of the organization, applying different management models and Benchmarking.
  • Know what is meant by Corporate Social Responsibility, implement it and put it into practice in the organization itself and know its main benefits.
  • Grant sufficient knowledge to correctly evaluate the different Integrated Quality and Innovation Systems.
  • Provide the necessary knowledge to know, learn and evaluate the key principles, models and implementation of ISO and EFQM standards within the organization.
  • Develop the method of complex and critical thinking to analyze and solve challenges with flexibility, expertise and ethical commitment.

Online methodology

Class Schedule: The synchronous online class schedule will be: Saturday 08:00 - 17:00 and Sunday 08:00 - 17:00.

The curriculum structure is designed to gradually develop and achieve competencies over 2 periods.

The master has 10 professors, authors and tutors of all subjects to guarantee direct contact with students, teachers and the University. All teachers validate 120 hours of training in specific training in online education.

Likewise, there is an IT expert who will be responsible for providing support and technical support to users of the platform and learning resources, as well as connectivity and access to information and communication technologies.

Admission profile

Third-level graduates who can preferably access the program belong to the broad field of Administration according to the nomenclature of professional titles and academic degrees. But, due to the nature of the program, applicants holding a third-level degree in a different broad field will need to demonstrate experience in administrative and managerial positions in different types of organizations.

This program seeks that the professionals graduated from the Master in Quality and Innovation Management, acquire the following professional and personal characteristics as part of their professional profile:
