The Master in Operations Management and Logistics provides practice, tools and techniques for the management of operations. You will apply the knowledge that you gain during the program in various projects and analyze the current operational performance of an organization in terms of production, distribution and International Logistics and how to improve by redesigning business processes.

As Purchase or Warehouse Manager, Logistics Consultant or Transportation Coordinator, you will be fully trained for:

Developing strategies for the distribution system by also creating and maintaining contacts with logistics intermediaries in cross country operations.

To successfully analyze, control, and create systems by streamlining processes involved in the output of goods and services.
Accreditation
Upon graduation, the students receive:
- Master's Degree in Operation Management and Logistics by BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School.
The master takes one academic year to complete.
