Aspects such as the structuring of the territorial administration and its fields of application, innovative modes of management of local public services as well as new practices of human resources management are discussed."Innovative and quality training"The training consolidates knowledge to occupy managerial positions in public and semi-public structures.

Five independent modules will be offered, three are already available:Territorial marketing: video presentation of the module
Project engineering: video presentation of the module
Steering local policies: video presentation of the module
Fundamental accounts and local public finances,
Evolution of local public structures and policies.Two training sessions per year: October and April.Complete courseThe start of the school year is in October. Trainees work freely from our online training platform, from October to May. The training is equivalent to a minimum of 440 hours of personal work. The trainees organize their working time as they wish by connecting to their workspace and respecting the deadlines for handing in work.
A group of 5 days in the form of a seminar takes place in June with thesis defense.

For the full master's degree, additional lessons:individualized support: thesis monitoring, tutoring
specialized seminar, role plays, comparative managementEach student is assessed in the form of continuous assessment on each of the teaching units. Virtual classes will be organized throughout the year. A final assessment in the form of an end-of-year dissertation, covering at least 3 teaching units, validates the student's course. This thesis is defended orally before a jury composed of teacher-researchers and professionals competent in the field of expertise. Each student benefits from the specific monitoring of a teacher-researcher.

Public innovation (available in Spanish from September)Access to trainingThe training is mainly aimed at people already working in local communities or the public administration in general, in France and abroad. The candidate must hold a minimum master's degree 1 or equivalent.
The teaching units are open to people who can prove a license 3 or equivalent.
