Program Description

More than just an application folder collector: HR managers are increasingly becoming an important factor in the success of a company. Because loyal and efficient employees are a competitive advantage. A central question in personnel management is therefore: What are the decisive factors that influence employee satisfaction and productivity?

In our master's program, we train you to become an expert with personnel-oriented responsibility.

How do you find the best employee for the advertised job? How do you mediate between employees and employers? How do you promote employees so that the company benefits from them? And how can you help others to recognize their professional goals and potential? How do you prepare staff for assignments abroad? The human resources management course prepares you specifically for the various challenges in human resources.

specializations

60 ECTS variant: In the second semester you choose one of the two specializations "negotiation" or "change management and organizational development" ("compulsory specialization") in the amount of 5 ECTS.

120 ECTS variant: In the third semester you choose two specializations in the amount of 15 ECTS. To do this, you choose one of the three specializations "Negotiation", "Online & Social Media Marketing" or "International Marketing" ("Mandatory Specialization") and a Functional and Industry Specialization ("Elective Specializations").
