Introduction
The outstanding growth of the project area today has led to it being approached from different approaches.
Of all the approaches we can cite, two are the most current and complex when establishing academic structures: Innovation and Product.
To have a more finished approach we must emphasize that the concept of Innovation is directly related to that of Design, because we understand that the responsibility of Design is precisely: Innovate, make a total or partial contribution of "original" solutions.
The Master in Development of Innovation and Product Projects, proposes a complete training in the three disciplines of the project area: Design, Management and Management, in parallel and in a theoretical and practical way, referenced exclusively to two concepts already established in the Management areas: Innovation and Product, and a third of current development in the management areas: Design and its profitability.
It is also important to highlight the recognized growth of creative areas and practices in universal Management standards, establishing an exact balance between planning (anticipating) and designing (providing creative solutions with immediate management).
Although it can be considered that the rigid and methodological image of the Management and Management areas could not coexist with the creative and artistic image of the Design areas, at present it is not so, they can.
The creative areas of Design, require more than any other, a methodological process of project development, and management and administration of resources and skills, to articulate the hard areas of Management because the latter need them.
The Master in Development of Innovation and Product Projects, presents a combined academic structure between theoretical topics and practical exercise through individual and group exercises, and workshops for reflection on project design processes.
This allows, then, to correctly structure the work of creatives and designers, providing training in current management tools, without this attentive to the creative processes.
And at the same time train the rest of the professionals involved in project development in creative methodological processes.
Finally, it is important to highlight that the superposition of the two central themes: Innovation and Product, with the three classic areas of Project, and the combination of theory and practice of immediate application make up a complete training program that will allow Design professionals to gain a space in the decision office of a project, if being confined to a mere spectator participation in the development of the project.
