General
Program Description
Companies need experts who control complex information technology processes and who are also familiar with the business environment. Business informatics students can use both fields at the end of their studies. That's why business informatics isn't just for nerds and programmers. The targeted organization and management of IT is an important task. A particular focus is on the interface between IT and users. Business IT specialists are interpreters and mediators between users and IT, with the aim that "both worlds" understand each other and can work towards a common goal.
