The Postgraduate Program of Studies focuses on the area of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning and discusses two main pillars: (A) General Adult Education; (b) Vocational Education and Training.
The aim of the Program is to provide trainees with the cognitive (theoretical and practical) and metacognitive (methodological, epistemological) skills that will enable them to understand in depth - in a dialectical function - General Adult Education and Vocational Education and Training, Within the overall area of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning, with the ultimate goal of moving from understanding to the stages of analysis, synthesis, implementation and evaluation of new knowledge.
The program has an additional research orientation to attract prospective students to undertake original research on various aspects of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning for PhD studies.
It also aims to systematically prepare for the profession of trainer, designer, coordinator or evaluator of continuing education programs, and to upgrade the knowledge, skills and competences of teachers in adult education. The most important, perhaps, offer of the Postgraduate Program in Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning is related to the strengthening and empowerment of the adult learner, which is at the heart of any educational process.
Structure of the Program
The Program has a total load One hundred and twenty (120 ECTS), Shared in Four (4) semesters And full-time can be completed at Two (2) academic years. The Thematic Modules (TH) Are six-month and have Fifteen (15) ECTS each one.
Students have the right to choose up to four Teachers. Per Academic Year (two semesters).
The selection and monitoring of four (4) Per Academic Year is tantamount to full attendance.
Final written examinations take place at the end of each semester.
To complete the Program and to obtain a Masters Degree, you need to Successful attendance at the eight (8) Or the six (6) compulsory and Master's theses. The Master's thesis is optional, but it is a prerequisite for continuing his studies at a doctoral level.

Terms of Admission to the Program
- Possession of a first degree by a recognized higher education institution in Greece or abroad.
- The very good knowledge of English for the study of international literature.
- Adequate knowledge of computer use so that students can meet the educational requirements of the Program.
