Why the need?
Why spend time and resources on teams and meetings? Because teamwork, engagement, collaboration are core to our humanity and critical to the achievement of our vision and success. Nothing less. And out of 10 years in any organisation, we will spend 3 to 5 of those years, at least, in meetings and that most important investment of time is not always the most productive or enjoyable spent.
Rather than a programme about a better team working and improving relationships, the purpose of this programme is to show how groups of individuals can be transformed into powerful new entities and become sources of real creativity and fresh energy in an organisation.
We particularly focus on meetings as one powerful way to achieve this transformation and we provide practical ways of making every meeting eventual and impactful. Key to doing this is developing the understanding, the mindsets, and the skills for managers to become Facilitative and Creative Leaders.
