Why choose our MSc in Human Resource Management?
Our MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM) addresses the increasingly important interfaces between HR and other key business functions, including marketing and communications, information and communications technologies, and knowledge management. Our programme has been designed to help you develop an HR manager’s strategic, functional and personal skills needed to ensure a rewarding atmosphere for all that work there.
You can study our MSc in HRM online which will give you the freedom of being able to tailor your study schedule to fit around both your professional and personal lives. Our online option provides you with flexibility, so you are in control over when and where you complete your studies. If you prefer a classroom setting however, you can study with one of our Approved Learning Partners (ALP): the School of Business and Computer Science in Trinidad, iCon in Greece, or Ain Shams University in Cairo. Please contact our ALPs directly for more information. To graduate, you must pass five core courses and four electives chosen from a list of eight. Your core courses are: - Employee Resourcing - Human Resource Development - Human Resource Management - Managing People in Changing Contexts - Performance Management.
Typically you will hold a recognised first or second class honours degree, or equivalent professional qualification. But if you don’t, entry can still be gained by passing three MSc courses in the subject and two other core courses. Apply now
Each of the MSc’s courses is assessed by a three hour exam. You choose when you’re ready and we’ll provide an assessment centre near you. All courses are examined in our major exam sessions (diets) in June and December each year. Minor exam sessions are held in March and August; contact us for more details.
We may be able to award you an exemption if you hold a previous qualification in a relevant subject. Please note that these exemptions are only ever awarded at our discretion. More information can be found on our website.
Our fees calculator will give you an overview of the programme’s cost.
