Duration: Students will normally complete the programme by full time study in one academic year or part time in 3 academic years [year 1 – Postgraduate Certificate / Year 2 – Postgraduate Diploma / Year 3 - MSc]. Please note that there is an option to complete one off modules

Applicants should:

• Normally hold a first degree or equivalent professional qualification. However applicants who do not possess this qualification, but have appropriate work experience may also be considered
• Applicants are normally in paid or voluntary employment or must undertake a work experience during study
• Evidence of professional development and the ability to study at Master’s level
• Have an IELTS score of at least 6.5, with at least 5.5 in each of the four sub-tests. These are in accordance with the University of Bradford’s admission requirements

Delivery: The programme is delivered through blended approach involving the economic and flexible benefits of online learning alongside the learning dynamics of an interactive, facilitator-led classroom through webinars, web conferences and face to face study days. We advise students to set aside at least 4 hours per week to undertake directed reading supported by distance learning materials and clearly defined learning tasks. Equivalent activities will be available for students who are unable to attend study days.

Dates for 2014/15 study days are: 15th January 2015; 26th February 2015; 28th May 2015 and 7th July 2015.

These programmes are designed for those interested in careers in equality, diversity, and inclusion as well as careers in a wider range of human resources, management, customer service, social justice, and community relations related roles in which working effectively with diversity is essential.

There are 3 intakes per year – January, May and September. We are currently accepting applications for January 2015 intake with application deadline of 23rd December 2014.
