Throughout the online learning experience, students engage with classmates and faculty in live online classes, complete interactive coursework and apply their knowledge at in-person immersions.

15–18 Month Foundational MBA Program

The MBA@Dayton curriculum consists of 48 credits and includes foundation courses, core courses, electives, and courses focused on strategy and ethics. Students who have relevant professional work experience may be able to waive some foundation courses and complete the program in as few as 15–18 months.

One-Year Advanced Standing MBA

The Advanced Standing MBA program is available to students who hold a recent undergraduate degree in business or a related field. The admission team determines whether these students are eligible to waive all foundation courses and take this 30-credit program, which can be completed in one year if students take 7.5 credits per semester.
