Program Description
Our Certificate in Analytics and Insights is a 12-credit program that helps you understand, create, monitor, and evaluate analytics. Businesses across all industries desperately need these skills today. Choose a track in Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Health Analytics and complete the program with the option to apply your credits toward the MSBIA later.
Data Science: Why Analytics and Insights?
The need for qualified professionals who can understand, create, monitor, and evaluate data analytics is high and growing rapidly. At one time a McKinsey Institute analysis predicted there would be a shortfall of 140,000 to 190,000 candidates with deep analytical talent, plus a need for an additional 1.5 million data-savvy managers by 2018.
Experienced Faculty
Gaining experience starts with experienced faculty. Here, you’ll learn from doctoral-level, full-time professors from the AACSB-accredited Helzberg School of Management, along with practicing experts.

At this time it is not possible to receive more than one Analytics and Insights Certificate or to complete more than a single track within the Analytics and Insights Certificate. Students are welcome to enroll in additional courses, but only one certificate will be issued.
