The Graduate Certificate in Property at the University of Newcastle has been designed to develop highly relevant skills and knowledge to assist you to succeed in the property industry. To achieve this, the program offers two core courses and select two directed courses from a number courses available online. The two core courses are:
- Sustainable Development
- Property and Facilities Management
The study components serve to facilitate both your professional and personal growth. Relevant work Experience will be assessed from the information provided below:
- Applicant statement outlining the relevant work experience that applies to the program learning outcomes. Applicants must demonstrate experience against all learning outcomes.
- Evidence of employment and experience including start and end dates from employer(s): Offer of employment letter; Certificate of experience/employment
- Certified transcripts from previous education qualifications in English or with an authorized English translation
