The Online University Foundation program is aimed at students who are looking at gaining university entry or practical management experience in order to enhance their job prospects.
University Progression
Upon completion, students receive a Level 3 Diploma. Students can then apply for admission onto a full on-campus Undergraduate Degree Bachelor’s degree programme from Schellhammer Business School or UK universities. Alternatively, students can continue their on-line studies up to Level 4/5 Extended Diploma in Management and then go on to complete an Undergraduate Top-Up degree on-campus. Both options are available at Schellhammer Business School or UK universities.
Introduction to Management Diploma (Level 3 – 60 credits)
The “Introduction to Management” Level 3 University Foundation Programme is a 60-credit qualification (Equivalent to one A-Level). It will also provide an entry-level qualification for those who have already studied Business related subjects at Level 2 or 3.
Programme Overview
The level 3 course is made up of 6 modules and 6 written assignments. Each module consists of 40 guided learning hours of material with an additional 30-50 hours’ worth of optional materials that comprise of recommended exercises, recommended readings, Internet resources, and self-testing exercises. The six modules are as follows:

Organisational Culture
Working in Teams

Business Management Diploma (Level 3 – 60 credits)

This Level 3 “University Foundation Programme” is a 120 credit, qualification (equivalent to two A levels). Learning is focused on key business processes and concepts including a range of management procedures required to work effectively.

Comprising of 6 modules detailed above and a final assignment for each (6 in total). On completion of the modules, students will be given access to the assignments of approximately, 5,000-8,000 words each.
