What are the objectives of this course?

This bundle provides students with full training and examinations for the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner and the full training for PMP to prepare them for anything that may come in their working environment.

PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner

  • The objective of the PRINCE2 Foundation is to make sure the student has an assured knowledge of the theories and processes behind the PRINCE2 methodology. Students will learn the general principles, basic knowledge of the seven themes and processes, as well as terms and phrases.
  • The PRINCE2 Practitioner will teach the candidate how to implement the principles, themes and processes learnt in the Foundation stage into any project environment in any industry, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the PRINCE2 methodology.

IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

  • The Define phase during which projects are outlined, elements of waste are identified and the management decisions required to move forward.
  • The Measure phase which is used to catalogue and analyse existing processes to define an operational baseline that can be used to calculate potential capability of each.
  • The Analyse phase uses statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to model how processes may be improved and the potential value of each improvement without affecting existing systems.
  • The Improve phase helps students to identify the changes that will deliver the greatest business benefits before putting those plans into action.
  • The Control phase monitors each change that is made and record any deviations from the predicted benefits. The results will then be able to demand what actions should be taken.


  • How to build the plans and processes required to plan every stage, milestone and deliverable of the project lifecycle.
  • How to build a project team capable of delivering according to stakeholder expectations and agreements.
  • Identifying, quantifying and mitigating project risks
  • Building quality assurance
  • Accurately estimating and budgeting for time, finances and human resources required for each project stage.
  • Controlling project costs
  • Implementing procurement structures.

Who is it intended for?

The package is for current and would-be project managers and directors who are looking to master several projects and processed-related frameworks and disciplines.


There are no pre-requisites to take any of the courses. In order to sit the PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam, you must have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam. In order to take the PMP Exam PMI have outlined the following minimum criteria:

Option 1

  • A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent.
  • 7,500 hours leading and directing projects (five years of project management experience)
  • 35 hours of project management education (PDU’s)


Option 2

  • Four-year degree
  • 4,500 hours leading and directing projects
  • 35 hours of project management education (PDU’s)

In both cases, this experience must have been accumulated within eight years prior to your application submission.
