Designing and Delivering Training Programmes
(self-paced, guided lessons on MOODLE)
This course begins with Self-Discovery to determine which of the learning foundations come more naturally for you (Behaviorist, Cognitivist, Constructivist, etc). You will be encouraged to adopt other foundations as you being to plan for, design for, and train populations of all types. This course discusses learning styles, domains of instruction, and how to write learning outcomes that fit the criteria of Bloom’s Taxonomy.
You will leave this course with the ability to plan a unit of instruction, write useful lesson plans, and deliver content with greater confidence and with the optimum chance to meet the needs of the learners and the teaching task, whether you are teaching facts, concepts, processes, procedures, or principles.
