The Certificate and Diploma in Christian Ministry programs are designed to equip people for ministry in a variety of environments, with a particular focus on the local church. They are suitable for those seeking personal growth, spiritual formation, and a more mature understanding of theology. The programs develop a measure of professional competence, stimulate growth in biblical and theology.

  • Certificate Tuition: $250 per credit
  • Diploma Tuition: $345 per credit
  • Part-time Study Duration: 2 years

The Certificate and Diploma in Ministry programs are designed to equip you for ministry in a variety of environments, with a particular focus on the local church.

The CMin and DipMin programs offer personal growth, spiritual formation, and a more mature understanding of Theology.

These programs develop a measure of professional competence, lay solid biblical and theological foundations for ministry, and challenge you to renewal in your personal life of faith.

  • CMIN Certificate in Ministry - 36 Undergraduate credits
  • DipMIN Diploma in Ministry - 36 Graduate credits

*24 credits without synthesis courses.

Foundation courses (18 credits)

  • MLOS - Graduate Studies Orientation (Mandatory) - 0 credit
  • COR510 - Intro to Old Testament 1 - 3 credits
  • COR511 - Intro to Old Testament 2 - 3 credits
  • COR520 - Intro to New Testament 1 - 3 credits
  • COR521 - Intro to New Testament 2 - 3 credits
  • COR530 - Intro to Christian Thought 1 - 3 credits
  • COR531 - Intro to Christian Thought 2 - 3 credits

Specialization courses (6 credits)

6 credits in total - your choice of three free elective courses up to a total of 6 credits.

Synthesis courses (12 credits)

Available for CBWC ministerial candidates only (or by permission)

  • CAPS700 - Capstone - 9 credits
