Course Overview

In the bachelor's degree in real estate management, you will discuss the current challenges and trends in the industry and deal with the technical basics of construction methods and structural standards. In addition, you acquire important skills in business administration, such as in the areas of statistics, project management and corporate management.

Our bachelor's program is modular, which means that you study using subject areas that are divided into so-called "modules". Within these modules there is an introductory course and an in-depth course, which prepare you systematically for the completion of this module. Within the modules, you will receive ECTS points (European Credit Transfer System) for each successful completion, which document your performance. These ECTS points are internationally comparable and of course recognized.

specialization

In the fifth and sixth semester, you choose your three specializations in the amount of 30 ECTS. To do this, you decide on at least one specialist specialization ("compulsory specialization") from the real estate management area and a maximum of two functional and industry specializations ("elective specializations").
Some exemplary specializations are:

  • Advanced Leadership
  • E-Commerce
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Online and Social Media Marketing
  • market Psychology

In addition to special industry knowledge, you need sound business knowledge, but also management skills and marketing skills.
