The modern, digital world of work places high demands on employees and companies. These require innovative strategic approaches in personnel management. Specialists and executives are required who know how to find talent and retain it in the long term. As a personnel manager, you will become a "facilitator" for them, who will support new developments in management, such as flexible company structures and work processes. To do this, you develop progressive concepts to systematically counter trends in the HR area.
In the distance learning course in human resources management, you will gain sound business knowledge. In addition to developing central HR management skills, you will acquire general social and methodical skills - a secure basis for future management positions in the HR area.
- Standard period of study: 36 months
- Different time models possible
- Study start possible at any time
- Master's certificate or advanced training
- At least two years of vocational training followed by at least 3 years of professional experience (full-time)
The bachelor’s course trains you to become an expert with personnel-oriented responsibility. You will receive the necessary economic fundamentals in bookkeeping and accounting, cost and performance accounting or personnel and company management. You will be methodically trained in business mathematics, statistics or project management, for example. Your personnel-related subjects give you, among other things, an insight into the topics of digital HR, personnel controlling and payroll. You round off these skills with soft skills in intercultural action skills or leadership 4.0. In addition, you will sharpen your career profile through three economic specializations from the areas of personnel, marketing and methods as well as business administration and industries.
Our bachelor's program is modular, which means that you study using subject areas that are divided into so-called "modules". Within these modules there is an introductory course and an in-depth course, which prepare you systematically for the completion of this module. Within the modules, you will receive ECTS points (European Credit Transfer System) for each successful completion, which document your performance. These ECTS points are internationally comparable and of course recognized.
